Objective quantitative techniques are used in a project satisfaction survey. However, the results obtained from a single survey are statistically insignificant because the number of respondents is usually limited to a handful of people. When the project satisfaction survey is standardized across the enterprise and the outcome of many identical surveys are combined, results at the "global" level can become statistically significant. |
