RW Humes & Company was founded in 1998 to provide its clients with an objective examination of their markets; customer, employee, and supplier satisfaction; and position in the market vis-à-vis the competition. Our primary focus is with satisfaction measurements.

We launched our company drawing upon industry experience spanning more than 30 years. We have demonstrated experience in engineering, manufacturing, field operations, computing center operations, implementation of ISO 9001 quality systems, marketing research and analysis and new product and service development and introduction.
